Well, the Big Brother 11 house guests should be revealed soon. And places like Reality BBQ has some good scoops about things. Apparently there might be 4 teams for the first couple (or few) weeks of Big Brother 11. I’m not enthusiast about teams, but I’ll wait and see what it’s all about before I make a final decision. But I’m just glad BB 11 is finally here. It begins Thursday night, July 9, 2009. W00t!

It’s been almost five months since Big Brother 10 USA ended, and now I’m wanting season 11 to start.
I even watched Big Brother 1 Israel and Big Brother 4 Finland (mostly the live feeds for both), but it isn’t the same when you don’t understand the language! LOL!
In a way I would have liked it if BB11 had started this January or February, but ultimately I’m glad it won’t be on until summer.
I didn’t really like BB: ‘Til Death Do You Part (season 9) airing last Feb – April. It was a cool idea at first, but eventually it just seemed so out of place. I especially didn’t like the “couples” aspect of it. Houseguests had to play as couples instead of individuals; hence “‘Til Death Do You Part.”
They got rid of the couples rule mid-season, and people were able to play as individuals, but it was too late for my favorite houseguest, Alex, by then as he had been evicted, because he was coupled with the annoying Amanda. And since the houseguests wanted Amanda out, Alex had to leave with her.
It was an okay season, but not one of the best. Oh, speaking of BB:TDDYP, apparently a TV station in India will show the entire season soon. Out of all of the BB USA seasons, that’s the one they choose? Perhaps they got a discount? Haha! Just kidding. But seriously, there are so many BB USA seasons better than season 9. I think season 1 and 5 are the only seasons that weren’t as good as TDDYP.
Anyway, I suppose I can wait for BB 11. I hope it has a fun and interesting cast. I liked the most recent cast a lot (although the BB8 USA cast is the one I think I’ll remember and have a sort of affection for the most – well compared to the other BB houseguests so far anyway). But BB10 got back to the basics and I liked that. Dan was great! He was my favorite from the 2nd week the cast was in the house. I hope my favorite wins again for BB11!

On Tuesday, September 16, 2008, Dan Gheesling won the season 10 edition of Big Brother! I am really happy for him. Dan’s been my favorite since about the middle of week two. At first I wanted him to win it all no matter what. Then after the silly Replacement Roulette I lost some love for Dan and just wanted him to make it to the final two with either Keesha, Renny or Michelle. And I would have been OK with him winning or OK with him coming in second to either one of them. Either way would have been fine with me.
But after I got over my annoyance with Replacement Roulette, I started rooting for him to win the grand prize again, especially against Memphis. I was/am neutral toward Memphis for the most part. So I definitely wanted Dan to beat him in the final two. And he did; 7 votes for Dan to win, and 0 votes for Memphis. I must say that I feel a little bad for Memphis, I would feel better for him if he would have gotten at least a vote or two. But I’m sure he’ll be fine. He got $50,000 (before tax), a car (well actually he opted for more cash instead of the car), had a great experience on BB and got to be on TV! So he’ll be fine. I hope he and Keesha can be friends outside of the house. I tend to believe Memphis when he said BB wouldn’t let him talk to Keesha, before she left the house, about why he was evicting her.
Oh and speaking of Keesha, she won the $25,000 America’s Choice prize! Yay, good for her. I voted for her twice and wanted her to win it. So, I was really happy Tuesday night with the Dan and Keesha wins!
What I would have loved would have been Dan and Keesha in the final 2, with Dan winning the game with a 5/2 or 4/3 vote. And Michelle or Renny winning the $25,000 America’s Choice prize.
But it still turned out well. I’m happy for Dan & Memphis (The Renegades!) and Keesha. Congratulations to the three of them! It was a really good season and this was the first time someone I like from early in the game won the grand prize. So it was pretty cool!
Now…. Bring on Big Brother 11! LOL!

Well, season 10 of Big Brother is almost over and I’m happy to say that Dan made it to the final 2! I’m glad about that as he’s been my favorite since week 2. I would have preferred Michelle, Keesha or Renny in the final two with him, but I guess I don’t mind Memphis too much. I do like the Renegades thing that they do. I’m just glad Jerry didn’t make it to the final 2!
In a way I hope Memphis wins, because I felt Dan being able to charm a jury member and being able to talk to Keesha all that time just before she was evicted, might help in him winning. I think it’s unfair to Memphis. Memphis said the BB wouldn’t let him talk to Keesha and tell her why he was evicting her and I think that’s wrong. However, anyone could have won the luxury competitions and I don’t know if it was in favor of Dan or not. And I don’t know if someone else had won, would they have been able to take a jury member as well. And as for not being able to talk to Keesha, I also don’t know if Memphis is telling the truth or not about the DR telling him he couldn’t talk to Keesha about evicting her , but I tend to believe him. But who knows for sure.
So in a way I hope Memphis wins because I tend to believe that BB gave Dan an unfair advantage. But on the other hand I don’t know that for sure, and I have liked Dan the best out of all the BB10 houseguests since week 2. So I think ultimately I’ll be glad if Dan wins grand prize (which means he’ll probably end up getting second place! LOL)

Dan! Dan! Dan! Yeah that’s right! Crazy Dan! On the Tuesday night (July 26th) episode of Big Brother, Dan was being a major tool! So much so that I lost some “love” for him.
If the deal he made was Ollie wasn’t bad enough, Dan then tries to be Mr. Puppet Master or something by getting the houseguest to play some silly Roulette game called Replacement Nominee Roulette, during the Power of Veto (POV) ceremony.
I was so annoyed with Dan for the rest of the night and most of yesterday. But I did find out that he gave Keesha and Renny the option of not playing the POV Russian Roulette game, but I think by then they were already to intimidated not to go along with it. And at the POV ceremony he said that whoever didn’t go along with it would be put up on the block. That is was got me so annoyed with him. What a toolish thing to do! On his HOH blog, Dan writes that the POV ceremony didn’t go over so well. So at least he knows it was a dumb thing to do!
So anyway, Michelle and Jerry are on the block and one of them is set to go home tonight. I like Michelle and want her to stay over Jerry. She’s supposedly been doing a lot of trash talking (on the Live Feeds) and supposedly called Dan a child molester. I didn’t hear her say it, but if she did, that’s awful, and I’d probably rather she be evicted and Jerry stay. But Jerry says awful things about houseguests as well. Anyway, Dan says he doesn’t take what people say about him in the game seriously because it’s in the heat of the moment, etc. So maybe he’ll not be bothered by what Michelle said. I think that ultimately I would rather Michelle stay over Jerry (I am not fond of Jerry).
And tonight is the fast forward – Which is Eviction, HOH, Veto, Eviction – all in one episode. I hope Dan can survive it. I’d like Dan, Renny, Keesha and Michelle (if Michelle can stop that awful trash talking) for final 4!

Wow, I haven’t posted about Big Brother 10 in about two weeks and I’ve missed writing about five episodes! I can’t even remember all of what happened on them. I just know that on episode 15, Libra was evicted (Yay!) and Renny won HOH. On episode 16 Renny nominated Jerry and April. On episode 17 Dan won POV and decided not to use it to save either Jerry or April. And on episode 18 April was evicted (Woohoo!).
I actually wouldn’t have minded if Jerry would have been evicted. But I think I was glad April was because her and Ollie got on my nerves. At first I thought they were cute together, but then it got annoying. LOL! Plus, I’ve never been all that fond of April. I used to like Ollie, but that didn’t last long.
On episode 19 Dan won HoH (Yay!) and nominated Jerry and Memphis for eviction. I liked when Dan said “If you’re going to be a monkey, be a gorilla” during the HOH comp. That’s from a song I used to love called “I’ll Bee Dat” by Redman. Redman rapped “If you gotta be a monkey, be a gorilla.”
Anyway, I knew when Dan was making that deal with Ollie during the HOH competition that his plans were to continue to appear to be weak and he was hoping that anyone who was nominated and/evicted would put most, or all, of the blame on Ollie. It’s an interesting concept and Dan better hope that it works or he’s in big trouble.
But I’m glad that Dan made the deal with Ollie; it certainly makes the game and season interesting and entertaining. I just hope it works out for him.
Dan is still my favorite houseguest this season. I would say at this point that he is one of my favorite BB houseguests of all time. Dan For The WIN! GO DAN!
Well, I’m getting a bit busy (and by ‘busy’ I mean ‘lazy’) and probably won’t be writing about each episode of BB anymore. I’ll probably start writing about 2 or more episodes on the same post; Like this one!
Anyway, Keesha and Libra got nominated on episode 13 of Big Brother 10 (YAY!). And then on episode 14 of Big Brother 10, Jerry won the POV and didn’t use the POV on either Libra or Keesha, so one of them is guaranteed to go home. I’m hoping Libra goes home. Both women annoy me, but Libra annoys me far, far more than Keesha does.
I did feel a little bad for Libra on episode 14. Ollie gets on my nerves more than Libra does at this point. I hope he and Jerry are evicted soon!
So anyway, hopefully Dan or Memphis will get HOH this Thursday and put up Jerry, at least, since neither guy particularly likes him at this point.

Well, farewell Jessie. I was a little disappointed to see him go, because I think he is much more entertaining than Memphis. I didn’t want Jessie in the final 2 or anything, but it would have been nice if he had lasted a bit longer. But all in all I’m fine with him leaving.
I’m not surprised America voted to evict Jessie. I did think Dan was crazy to give his word to each group in the house to evict Jessie and to evict Memphis, when he knew he didn’t have a say in who he had to evict! But I think he can recover from that mistake.
I’m glad Michelle won HOH! When she first won I was cheering and hoping she’d put up Libra and Keesha!
Well, not much to say about this episode. But I’m looking forward to seeing Sunday’s episode and seeing Libra and Keesha get put up! But not so much Keesha as much anymore.
I must apologize to Keesha for saying that the reason why she wanted Angie out was 90% jealousy and 10% strategy. But it turns out Libra was really gunning to get Angie out just as much as Keesha was. So it was not solely Keesha wanting Angie out. I know April was also catty toward Angie. So my apologies to Keesha. I still think it was like 60% strategy and 40% jealousy (jealous that Angie has/had a closer friendship with Steven and Memphis than she does. And other various reasons) is the reason Keesha wanted Angie out. LOL! But knowing it was Libra who was paranoid about Angie does make me like Keesha more.
Julie Chen and the Big Brother 10 Cast were on The Late, Late Show with Craig Ferguson for a third time (it will probably be a weekly thing for a while, or maybe the the rest of the season).
Julie and Craig talked about Ollie and April’s “naughty business” being seen by Internet and Showtime viewers and whether or not they should mention it to Ollie and April (a BB fan wrote in and asked whether they should mention it. And Julie & Craig decided not to mention it).
Craig and Julie talked to Jessie and Memphis about being on the block, Libra about her twins and Michelle about her red unitard.

How great was Tuesday night’s episode of Big Brother 10?! I loved it. The Keesha/Jessie/Libra/April argument was great; Just the entertainment I was looking for.
And Michelle going off in the diary room because she had to wear the red unitard was priceless…and a little scary!
The Jessie/Dan 10+ second “America’s Player” hug was also funny, especially when Dan looks into the camera and smiles. I felt a little bad for Jessie though. He really thought Dan was hurting and missing his girlfriend. LOL!
There was just so much about this episode that was awesome. I highly recommend reading the recap and/or watching the episode on CBS.com or looking for the episode on YouTube.com or Clipser.com. It’s definitely worth it!
