I Can’t with “The Hills”, I Just Can’t!

I really used to like The Hills because it was a fun and interesting show, and I really liked Lauren Conrad (I still like Lauren). But I just can’t bring myself to watch it anymore. I think it’s mostly because of Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt, and to a lesser extent, Audrina Patridge. They just really get on my nerves! I was cool with Heidi being on The Hills, but after she got with Spencer, it just went downhill from there. Their story lines seem too fake and made up; even more than everything else on the show. Which is another thing I have a problem with. 90% of the show seems fake. If I want to watch fiction about rich, young, scandalous people, I’ll watch Gossip Girl.

And Audrina, I don’t know, she’s just always got on my nerves. Especially with the whole Justin-Bobby thing. Blah!

I really like Lauren Conrad, Lo Bosworth and Brody Jenner. And I like Whitney Port too, but she’s sort of boring and doesn’t add anything to the show IMO, but many people seem to like her and love her being on the show.

So, I’ll probably watch The Hills occasionally to see what Lauren is up to, but otherwise, I’m done with it. Now if Heidi and Spencer leave the show, maybe I’ll become a regular viewer again – or a semi-regular viewer. But most likely not even then, because I still have a huge problem with the show being 90% fake.

Lauren Conrad Interview for Entertainment Weekly

I didn’t watch last season of The Hills (the short season when they where in Paris for a while) but I plan to watch this season. I just don’t know how much Heidi and Spencer I can take. I mean seriously, get them off the show!

I’m too old for this show anyway. I do miss Lauren Conrad though, so I’ll probably watch some episodes.

No More Kitson for Lauren Conrad

Well, it appears that clothing store Kitson has dropped Lauren Conrad’s clothing line because of lack luster sales.

Someone from the store claims they asked Lauren to go promote her clothing line at the Kitson store more often, but that she wouldn’t.

Eh, who knows the truth. But if Lauren really couldn’t be bothered to promote, promote, promote, then she kind of gets what she deserves. I still feel bad for her though, because I like Lauren and would like her to be successful.

Maybe Kitson dropping Lauren’s clothing line will motivate her to work harder, get more things done and be more successful. Good Luck Lauren!
